What is STRYVING?
STRYVING is booking-first software for appointment-based businesses. It covers services, groups, availability, capacity, clients, staff, and payments in one organization.
Who is it for?
Independent coaches, multi-coach businesses, and their clients. One identity switches between Business, Coach, and Client workspaces.
How do clients find me?
Public discovery at /coaches lists discoverable Independents and businesses. Each org also has a booking storefront at /b/[slug] you can share.
How does booking work?
You set services, hours, and capacity. Clients book from available slots. Confirmations can sync to Google Calendar; ICS is a fallback.
What’s the difference between Independent and Sub-Coach?
Independent Coaches own their Business and Coach workspaces. Sub-Coaches work under a Business’s hours, catalog, and branding.
Do you send booking reminder emails?
No multi-touch reminder drips by default. Prefer calendar reminders (24h + 60m). Transactional email is for invites, password reset, and similar account mail.
How do I get started?
Create an account on the app, set up your organization, publish services, and share your storefront or discovery listing.
